[There's really not enough to do in Luceti! Sure, there's training with Suki, but it really isn't the same when it's just the two of them, not nearly as good as being in a group, and that doesn't take up even half the time she has on her hands. Which means she's bored!

There are solutions to boredom. Most of them involve shenanigans. So here's Ty Lee on the journals!]

Hey, hey everyone! So... you know what this place needs? It totally needs something to make people smile more! Everything's so boring when there's nothing constructive to do.

So! I am putting the call out there for people with talents. Not bending or chukra or whatever else you call your magicky things. I'm talking about things like juggling! Or contortion! Or how about animal training? The animals here seem really smart, I bet someone could train them to like, balance on big balls or stuff like that.

I'm talking about putting on a circus.

So what do you say? Do you wanna help bring joy and cheer to our little village? If so, I bet there's something for you~

[She'll also be found around the village, presenting her little recruitment speech in person, scouting locations that might be good for setting up a circus, or thoughtfully digging through the item shop for anything that might be useful.]

You don't know? Contortion is being able to twist yourself all sorts of interesting ways! Like twisting so you sit on your own head, things like that.

I bet they'd all do great! And everyone always loves animals, they're a big hit wherever.

... Appa's not shedding right now, is he?

I didn't say bending was bad, did I? Just that it isn't really circus material!

Great! What can you do?

[She sorta remembers him from that time when everything was... weird. But that doesn't tell her what he can do now that it's all back to normal.]

Sure! [Everyone deserves a chance to give it a try. Some of her friends in the circus started when they weren't much older than that! Learning to be very flexible or have really good balance starts young.] What kind of things do you want to do?

Correct! [He responds enthusiastically. He remembers her well from that school also - that lovely cheerleader.] And you are... also Lee, correct?

I have a number of talents at my disposal! Becoming a master of taijutsu has led me to learn a number of physical exercises that I'm sure can be entertaining! I can perform a number of acrobatics, and I am sure that I can have some skill at juggling or contortioning!

[Aang responds with a laugh.]

You don't have to worry about that! He mostly does that around spring or the beginning of summer. Winter's coming, so now it's time for him to stock up on fur!

That sounds like it would really hurt.

[Bah! She ruined it. Oh well...]

Fair enough, fair enough. I'd help, but my skills are more... practical and less entertaining.
