[There's really not enough to do in Luceti! Sure, there's training with Suki, but it really isn't the same when it's just the two of them, not nearly as good as being in a group, and that doesn't take up even half the time she has on her hands. Which means she's bored!

There are solutions to boredom. Most of them involve shenanigans. So here's Ty Lee on the journals!]

Hey, hey everyone! So... you know what this place needs? It totally needs something to make people smile more! Everything's so boring when there's nothing constructive to do.

So! I am putting the call out there for people with talents. Not bending or chukra or whatever else you call your magicky things. I'm talking about things like juggling! Or contortion! Or how about animal training? The animals here seem really smart, I bet someone could train them to like, balance on big balls or stuff like that.

I'm talking about putting on a circus.

So what do you say? Do you wanna help bring joy and cheer to our little village? If so, I bet there's something for you~

[She'll also be found around the village, presenting her little recruitment speech in person, scouting locations that might be good for setting up a circus, or thoughtfully digging through the item shop for anything that might be useful.]

Flying's always good! People like seeing things up in the air. Hmm... I wonder. Some kind of display up on his back, in midair...

Yeah, a whole bunch of tricks! And if we have anyone who's good at being upside-down, they can do tricks on Appa's back while he flies upside down!

[As she loves to demonstrate with some regularity.]

That's great! I'll show you to Appa sometime then so you can work out some tricks.

[Of course, Aang doesn't yet realize that Appa has trauma that will make him quite a bit reluctant to do things circus-y. ...Not to mention that his last memory of Ty Lee and the Fire Nation girls isn't particularly pleasant, either.]

[Because she's very quick to forgive, and it doesn't really occur to her that Appa might not be... not to mention doing tricks on his back sounds like a lot of fun!]

[And true to her word, she'll be there when expected, bouncy and excited.]

[Aang's outside the Welcome Center, laughing and petting at Appa. He turns and waves as Ty Lee approaches - not quite noticing Appa's grunting.]

Ty Lee! Hey!

[Action!]

Hey! Hi Avatar! Hi Appa!

[And it seriously doesn't even occur to her that Appa might remember her being the bad guy. Everyone else seems to have forgiven, right?]

[Appa turns towards her and gives a loud bellow - one filled with warning and suspicion.]

Whoa boy!

[She takes a step back, a little nervous. Appa's big enough that if he's deciding not to like her, that's a scary thing.]

I don't know! He seems really mad at something. [Appa steps forward to try to hide Aang behind his paw and gives another growl.]
