Bulla couldn't help it. She doubled over in giggles at Ty Lee's pose and at the idea of the cheerleading squad being that aggressive. They were athletic girls, yes, but they weren't playing violent boy-sports like football and hockey. Although Sasuke probably would want to avoid being hit by a girl strong enough to lift her body's full weight with one hand, nonetheless.

"Fortunately, our guys are good enough that they don't need that added motivation."

"Well, I'm hoping to convince him to take me out for a bit," said Bulla, twirling her hair around her finger. It probably wouldn't take much convincing. Neji wasn't a negligent or clueless boyfriend. He was studious and athletic, but still found time for her and found time to be a good brother to his shy twin.

"Since I've been working on the dance committee, I kind of feel obligated to make sure everyone has a good time. I'm saving most of my dance time for him, but...I am probably going to be checking up on things for part of homecoming."

She grinned. "Football players aren't the only ones who run interference."

"Well, I don't know about wrapped around my finger, but he is a good boyfriend," said Bulla. She wished for Ty Lee's sake that the same could be said for Sasuke. "My father at least tolerates him...which is about as close as he'll ever get to liking anyone I date."

Admittedly, some of it was due to Neji's family's status, but Bulla knew that if her father actually disliked Neji, he wouldn't have hesitated to voice his opinion, fellow aristocrat or not.
